Birthdate
Birthdate Is Important:
Please include the year you were born. WBC Staff and Deacons use the Birthdate for mailings, care, outreach, etc. The birthdate triggers some automatic changes at milestones in one's life. Such as, a child or teen moving to the next class. Only the month and day of birth are included in the printed directory.  Years are not included. If you do not want your birthdate shared with others, select the "Do not share" text box below and it will only be viewable to staff and deacons.

Your Emergency Contact Information

Please provide a family member (outside your immediate household) or a friend who can be reached in case of an emergency. This information is very important if church leaders need to contact your family. Emergency information is only available to church leaders. It is not shared in the Church Directory.
